Judge Upholds Deer Baiting Ban

A judge has upheld the ban on deer baiting, which was put in place because of the fear, that the Chronic Wasting Disease found in a deer in August, could spread if deer were to congregate around bait. The law was challenged by a group of farmers and business owners who sell bait.
