The Agricultural Law Blog has posted a response to the previously mentioned NYT op-ed on free-range pork. Some of the issues the author raises were addressed by the op-ed author in his Atlantic response. The previous post is here.

Should legislative term limits in Michigan be extended?

	Eliminated - we should abolish term limits
	Extended - if elected, legislators should be able to serve more terms
	Left Alone - 2 terms for the senate and 3 terms for the house
	They already serve too long - 1 term in each chamber is long enough
