    HB 4169  CHILD PLACEMENT- Implements requirment for parental disclosure of relatives when placing a child in a home other than that of a parent

    HB 4535  TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS-  Expands conditions under which termination of parental rights can occur when abuse or neglect is present.

    HB 4643  FOSTER CARE- Provides a limitation on the number of adult foster care homes in a region or municipality.

    HB 4384  SHUT-OFF- Prohibits shut-off service for nonpayment of bills during months December- March.

    HB 4661  UTILITY SHUT-OFF- Require providers to determine wheather a customer is a senior citizen prior to shut-off.

    HB 4707  MEDICAID ELEGIBILITY- Modifies income elegibility for Medicaid.

    HB 4708  MEDICAID- Modifies premiums for Medicaid "Freedom to Work" program.

    HB 4636  BRIDGE CARDS-  Allows food assistance recipients' use of EBT bridge cards at certain approved resturants.
